Applying for Refunds

Refunds Application Form

This is for non-Special Circumstances refunds for students fully or partially withdrawing prior to or within 28 days of confirmed course commencement or re-enrolment commencement date.

Please read the instructions for Applying for Refunds before competing this form.

For Special Circumstances refunds for Certificate I, Certificate II, Certificate III and Certificate IV students, see Applying for Special Circumstances Refunds (Certificate I-IV).

For FEE-HELP Special Circumstances refunds (Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Higher Education), go to Applying for Re-credit of FEE-HELP Debt Under Special Circumstances (refunds).
